Senior Content Specialist and Video Expert

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Content Specialist and Video Expert to lead our digital content strategy and on-ground/virtual event coverage. In this role, you will bridge the gap between compelling storytelling and high-impact visual production. You will craft engaging digital content, manage end-to-end video production (from concept and filming to post-production), and capture live moments at company events, webinars, and brand activations.If you have a sharp eye for editorial quality, a strong grasp of social media algorithms, and hands-on expertise in camera work and editing, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Digital Publishing

• Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies for digital platforms, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X), web, and newsletters.
• Own the editorial and video content calendar, ensuring timely delivery aligned with product launches, campaigns, and corporate milestones.
• Write, proofread, and polish high-engagement copy, articles, case studies, scripts, and campaign messaging.
• Optimize all digital assets for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and platform-specific metrics (engagement rate, reach, watch time).

Video Production & Editing

• Conceptualize, storyboard, script, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (e.g., brand films, reels, customer testimonials, executive interviews, and social snippets).
• Manage field and studio production, including lighting, audio engineering, and camera operation.
• Handle post-production workflows: color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitle integration using industry-standard software.

Event Content & Live Coverage

• Lead on-ground and hybrid event coverage—capturing keynote speeches, panel discussions, attendee reactions, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Produce rapid-turnaround highlight reels, teaser clips, and live social media updates in real-time during live conferences or corporate events.
• Coordinate with event planners, AV teams, and external agencies to ensure smooth media capture without disrupting event flow.

Analytics & Team Collaboration

• Track and report on content and video performance metrics (KPIs) to continually refine future creative directions.
• Collaborate closely with design, growth marketing, PR, and product teams to maintain a unified brand voice.
• Mentor junior content creators or coordinate with freelance videographers and editors as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in digital content marketing, corporate storytelling, or multi-media production.
• Video & Camera Skills: Proficiency in operating digital cinema/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting kits, and live-streaming setups.
• Software Mastery: Advanced command of video editing and creative suites (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop/Canva).
• Writing & Editorial: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to switch brand tones effortlessly.
• Event Savvy: Experience working in fast-paced live event environments where quick thinking and rapid content deployment are required.
• Technical Knowledge: Working familiarity with SEO best practices, content management systems (CMS like WordPress/HubSpot), and social analytics dashboards.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
