Senior Content Specialist

We are looking for a creative Senior Content Specialist to lead content planning and end-to-end video production. You will oversee content direction, scripting, filming, and editing, while guiding a team .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and calendars aligned with brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and audience interests.
• Plan creative concepts, content angles, and storytelling approaches for social media and short-form videos.
• Manage the full production process, from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Direct shoots, guide on-camera talent, and coordinate production arrangements to bring creative concepts to life.
• Take a hands-on role in filming and editing, ensuring engaging storytelling, strong visuals, and consistent quality.
• Lead and mentor three junior team members, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and supporting their development.
• Work closely with branding, marketing, and commercial teams to produce content that supports campaign objectives.
• Monitor content performance and refine creative approaches to improve audience engagement and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform formats, and video production techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation and end-to-end video production.
• Strong skills in content planning, scriptwriting, directing, filming, and editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media content formats.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior creatives.
• Strong creative judgement, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating your creative thinking and video production capabilities.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
