Role summary

We are looking for Senior B2B Content Writers to execute high-quality, high-impact content across channels.

This is a hands-on execution role for writers who can:

Write technically credible content for IT audiences

Create clear, compelling thought-leadership content for decision-makers

Ship consistently using AI-assisted workflows

Execute rigorously against SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) guidelines

Writers are expected to leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and similar LLMs to accelerate research, drafting, and iterationwhile applying strong editorial judgment, technical accuracy, and attention to detail to ship enterprise-grade content.

AI is treated as a leverage layer, not a replacement for thinking, structure, or accountability.

**Key responsibilities

1. Content execution & editorial ownership**
   Execute against defined content briefs, themes, and priorities

Own the quality, clarity, and completeness of assigned content

Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and accuracy across formats

Translate complex IT operations concepts into clear, credible narratives

Continuously raise execution quality through strong writing and editing

2) Technical & practitioner-focused content (ITAM / ITSM / ITOM)

Write technically accurate content across domains such as:

IT Asset Management (ITAM)

IT Service Management (ITSM)

IT Operations Management (ITOM)

CMDB, discovery, and service mapping

Incident, change, and problem management

MTTR reduction, reliability, and operational visibility

Vulnerability management and cybersecurity

Explain real-world system behavior, dependencies, and operational challenges

Ensure content resonates with practitioners, managers, and technical leaders

3) Thought leadership & perspective-driven content

Write insight-driven content for senior audiences, including:

CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership

Service delivery and operations leaders

Translate complex technical realities into clear, executive-friendly narratives

4) SEO & GEO execution

Execute content in alignment with:

SEO best practices (search intent, semantic coverage, internal linking)

Structure content for:

Human readers

Search engines

LLM-based consumption (clear sections, summaries, FAQs, strong entity usage)

Refresh and optimize existing content to maintain rankings and relevance

5) Case studies & customer content
Write and edit customer case studies based on:

Inputs from internal teams

Customer interviews or notes

Clearly document:

Technical context

Operational challenges

Outcomes and impact

Ensure case studies are concise, credible, and sales-ready

6) Ebooks, video & multi-format content

Write long-form structured assets such as:

Ebooks

Industry guides

Solution playbooks

Write scripts and talking points for:

Product demos

Explainer videos

Webinars and events

Adapt long-form content into concise, spoken-friendly formats

7) Social, guest posts & community participation

• Create LinkedIn-first content, including:
• Blog repurposing
• Thought-led posts aligned to existing narratives
• Write guest posts for partner blogs and industry publications
• Participate in community platforms (eg, Reddit) with: Value-first, non-promotional commentary
• Practitioner-credible insights

Core capabilities (must-have)

• 4-6+ years of experience writing for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
• Proven ability to execute across multiple formats:
• Blogs
• Case studies
• Long-form assets (ebooks, reports)
• Social or community content
• Strong research and synthesis skills
• Ability to explain complex systems clearly and accurately
• High editorial standards and attention to detail

AI-assisted writing proficiency, including:

• Prompt engineering
• Iterative refinement of AI outputs
• Editing AI-generated drafts to publish-ready quality

Working knowledge of:

• SEO best practices
• Search intent and semantic optimization
• Domain expertise expectations
• Experience with ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, or closely related technical domains is strongly preferred

Candidates without deep ITSM/ITOM experience must demonstrate strong compensating expertise, such as:

• Enterprise technical writing experience
• Proven ability to learn complex operational domains quickly
• Prior work with endpoint management, infrastructure, service delivery, DevOps, SRE, or cybersecurity topics

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI visibility and generative search behavior
• Experience working from structured content briefs and editorial calendars
• Exposure to content performance metrics (rankings, engagement, conversions)
• Experience writing content directly used by Sales teams
