Senior Content Writer

Role Summary

The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and SEO-driven content that effectively communicates our products, services, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology trends and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, impactful content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

• Create and edit content for websites, blogs, landing pages, product pages, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Write compelling copy for product launches, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brochures.
• Create scripts for corporate videos, webinars, podcasts, and promotional content.

Research & Thought Leadership

• Conduct in-depth research on SaaS, AI, Robotics, and EdTech industry trends.
• Produce insightful articles, industry reports, and leadership content.
• Simplify technical concepts into reader-friendly content for customers and prospects.

Brand Communication

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and HR teams to develop relevant content.

Content Planning

• Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
• Review and proofread content to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Mentor junior writers and provide content guidance when required.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience

• 3+ years of content writing experience, preferably in the IT, SaaS, AI, or EdTech sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in long-form and short-form content creation.
