Skills & Experience Require

• Senior construction/building contract and commercial management experience, including head and subcontract administration
• Proven ability to lead subcontractor and trade administration on medium to large built form projects
• Industry-relevant degree qualification
• Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes, and regulations
• A clear, collaborative communicator
• Self-motivated, with the ability to drive outcomes independently
• A strong appreciation for systems and processes

The Opportunity You'll work alongside an experienced commercial leadership team, providing end-to-end subcontractor contract administration, including but not limited to:

• Cost and head contract management
• Establishing management plans aligned with contract risks and opportunities
• Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules across multiple trades
• Managing progress claims and variations
• Applying a working understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and value-driven delivery
• Cost and project reporting via Jobpac and Payapps — training provided on our systems
