Senior Contract Executive

Responsibilities

·         Preparation of projects’ forecast budgets.

·         Preparation of Sub-Contractors’ awards by executing tendering progress.

·         Preparation of Monthly Progress Claims and Sub-Contractors’ Interim Certificates.

·         Conducting site valuation.

·         Monitoring material quantity within budgets.

·         Monitoring construction site progress and liaise closely with site personnel.

·         Liaison with respective sub-contractors, consultants and Authority.

Qualifications/Requirements

·         At least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent.

·         Able to speak in Malay/English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.

·         Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel).

·         Good communication skills, both in written and verbal communication.
