To be successful you must have the following:

• 5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
• Strong experience across multi-residential, apartments or large-scale residential projects
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
• Strong subcontractor procurement and negotiation skills
• Experience managing variations, EOTs, progress claims and cost reporting
• Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset
• Confident working closely with Project Managers and site teams
• Experience with Procore will be highly regarded
• Construction, Quantity Surveying or related qualification preferred
