Senior Contracts Engineer Ras Elhekma

Key Responsibilities

 Administer construction and consultancy contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

 Review contract documents, conditions, specifications, BOQs, and contractual correspondence.

 Evaluate variations, claims, EOT submissions, and contractual entitlements.

 Prepare contractual notices, responses, recommendations, and management reports.

 Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, insurance, bonds, and warranties.

 Maintain variation, claim, notice, and correspondence registers.

 Coordinate with commercial, planning, technical, and legal teams.

 Support negotiations and advise project management on contractual risks and disputes.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related discipline.

 Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in contract administration.

 Strong knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent forms of contract.

 Proven experience in claims, variations, EOT assessments, and contractual correspondence.

 Previous consultancy, PMC, or PMO experience is highly preferred.

 Strong analytical, negotiation, reporting, and communication skills.
