Senior BAS Engineer | Metro Atlanta / Hybrid | Data Centers

We are partnering with a premier, rapidly growing mechanical and controls contractor in Georgia to find an experienced Senior BAS Engineer.

What You’ll Do:

• System Architecture & Programming: Lead the design, programming, and graphics generation for complex HVAC and building automation systems (Niagara Framework / Tridium experience is a massive plus).
• Integration & Networking: Seamlessly integrate multi-vendor systems (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, IP networking) across enterprise-level commercial facilities.
• Project Lifecycle Leadership: Collaborate with project managers, mechanical subs, and field technicians from submittals and point-to-point checkouts all the way to final commissioning and client handoff.
• Technical Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior controls engineers and field techs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in BAS/HVAC controls engineering, programming, and commissioning.
• Platform Fluency: Strong proficiency in programming tools (e.g., Tridium Niagara Certified, Automated Logic, Johnson Controls, or Siemens platforms).
• Networking & IT Savvy: Solid grasp of IT/OT network architectures, IP-based controllers, and database management.
• Local Presence: Based in (or ready to relocate to) the Georgia market, with a track record of supporting local commercial, mission-critical, or institutional projects.
