What we need: Senior Controller

Why we need you? We are looking for a Key User in Controlling who will provide local expertise and will support/own the deployment of our new ERP in the dedicated area.

Important: the job requires traveling abroad 60% of the time (workshops).

What you will do:

• Knowledge taking as a key expert in Controlling area.
• Identification, explanation and documentation of the identified gaps between the new ERP and current local processes.
• Definition of local requirements and security of direct and clear communication of all local specifics to the central team including the solution identification and implementation.
• Identification and communication of existing and potential future risks to the Implementation Lead.
• Preparation and collection of the new system data and providing the support in the data migration.
• Testing of the solution within own work area and help with the solving of the identified issues.
• Providing support to identify the training needs.
• Acting as a trainer - Knowledge transfer of new processes and systems management to the end users in dedicated area.
• Provide the support in post go live period to ensure the local processes and systems stabilization.
• Acting as the ‚go to‘ person within own work area for local and CEE/central organization.

Specific responsibilities:

• Clear understanding of month-end reports capabilities for local and group management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, by highlighting main gaps between current and new ERP capabilities.
• Ensure that all financial planning, forecasting and analysis processes, both Local and Group, were embedded in the new ERP according to the Project requirements.
• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and analyzing of actual/ budget/ forecast variances within the new ERP solution for all reporting areas such as: commercial/ sales controlling area, manufacturing costs, supply chain costs, sales, marketing and administration costs etc.
• Act as an interface between local Controlling Team and Project Team, ensure proper transfer of the new capabilities’ utilization in the controlling area and also exposing the localized needs in order to be accommodated during the implementation.
• Look-up for reconciliation tools/solutions between accounting and controlling reported figures, also by following Group Accounting Policy and Rules.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in Controlling (at least 5 years)
• Ability to learn and to explain complex issues comprehensively

• English language (fluent, business)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools ( Excel / power-point advanced skills)
• Experience in Finance Project Management, especially in ERP migration, would be preferred
• Work in ERP system (preferable)
