Senior Controller

Investigo are currently partnered with a PE-backed organisation that is looking to hire a new Senior Group Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, standardise and enhance a high-quality, timely group reporting framework across a complex, multi-entity international organisation.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyse financial and operational performance across business units and subsidiaries.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and investors to support strategic decision-making.
• Support acquisition integration activities, including synergy tracking, reporting harmonisation and KPI standardisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial control, reporting and business performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, systems and workflows, including automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Optimise ERP and reporting platforms to improve efficiency, scalability and transparency across the organisation.
• Implement best practices across multiple business units and support the adoption of new technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Analytical, structured and data-driven approach.
• Trained in the Big 4
• Highly motivated with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong experience designing, implementing and managing group reporting structures within a multi-entity environment.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, finance transformation and process improvement.
• Advanced Excel and business intelligence/reporting tool experience.
• Experience leveraging automation, data analytics and AI-enabled technologies within finance is advantageous.
