Senior Controls Engineer

Seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Senior Controls Engineer to support the development, assembly, troubleshooting, and commissioning of an automated leak testing cell. The ideal candidate will have strong Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI experience, along with knowledge of servo systems, pneumatics, conveyors, and industrial automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and debug automated equipment during machine build, integration, and commissioning.
• Work with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and servo control systems.
• Support pneumatic motion systems and pallet conveyor applications.
• Assist with integration, setup, and debugging of Uson leak testing equipment.
• Identify and resolve electrical, controls, and equipment performance issues.
• Independently manage assigned engineering tasks while following project lead direction.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams throughout equipment build and debug activities.
• Support equipment functionality, testing, and startup activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMIs.
• Knowledge of servo systems and industrial automation.
• Experience troubleshooting pneumatic systems and conveyor equipment.
• Ability to debug automated machinery during build and commissioning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
