Senior Conveyancer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Senior Conveyancer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring smooth conveyancing processes. MUST have worked for a bulk conveyancing law firm. Duties

• Manage and update case files accurately using Leap
• Must have raised enquiries and produced title reports, including mortgage reports
• Must be up to date with BSA and be able to identify key areas of concern
• Qualifications
• Must have ran a conveyancing file from beginning to end
• Solicitor, Legal Executive, CLC or 10 years experience as an unqualified conveyancer
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent organisational skills
• Good IT skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficientl
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Average take-home pay: £3750.00- £5250.00 pcm

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
