Senior Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow execution
• Perform warehouse administrative duties, including attendance record management and maintain communication with internal parties
• Support night shift warehouse operations and ensure smooth operational procedures and requirements
• Assign orders to storekeeper and monitor progress to ensure smooth and timely completion of operations
• Prepare customer reports and operational performance reports
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager

Job Requirements

• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or SAP is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently
