Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Coordinator to join our Material Management & Logistics team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient movement of materials and finished goods. The successful candidate will coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with Malta Customs procedures and EU regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee supply chain logistics activities.
• Ensure materials, components, and finished products are delivered to the right location at the right time.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Malta Customs procedures and EU trade regulations.
• Coordinate customs documentation and support import/export processes.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, import/export operations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Malta Customs procedures and EU trade compliance requirements.
• Experience handling customs documentation and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with customs electronic systems and modern digital tools.
• Experience in Customs VAT and Duty Drawback procedures will be considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
