Senior Coordinator, Operations

Role responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports

• Handle data processing and management in the SAP system and generate client reports accurately and on time

• Respond to client emails and address customer inquiries and requirements

• Act as the customer service contact for assigned clients, providing support and ensure customer satisfaction

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow

• Provide administrative support for warehouse operations when required

• Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Role Requirements:

• F.5 or above

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Logistics field or 3PL

• Experience in data analysis and report generation

• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in MS Office Excel

• Good command of Chinese and English

• Experience in SAP is a plus

• Immediately available is highly preferable
