Senior Copywriter The Role We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can think beyond just writing. Someone who can develop strong ideas, build narratives, shape brand communication, and turn briefs into impactful campaigns.

You’ll work closely with brand, design, and performance teams to create work that is both creatively strong and strategically relevant.

What You’ll Do

• Work with a team of copywriters to ideate and curate content across brands and platforms.
• Translate briefs into strong concepts, campaign ideas, and compelling brand narratives.
• Brainstorm and create campaigns with brand and creative teams.
• Develop content strategies with your seniors to meet brand and business objectives.
• Lead pitches from a communication perspective and build strong narratives around ideas.
• Work with the performance team to interpret data and apply insights to improve content.
• Present ideas confidently to clients, lead communication discussions, and turn feedback into stronger solutions.
• Review, refine, and elevate copy to ensure high creative and brand standards.
• Push yourself and your team to consistently deliver quality work.
• Contribute to new business opportunities, pitches, and key client presentations.
• Stay immersed in culture, trends, platforms, and emerging tools to keep the team’s work fresh and relevant.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in a digital or creative agency, with experience handling brands and campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign thinking, conceptual writing, and digital-first work.
• Strong understanding of brand communication, storytelling, content, and different digital platforms.
• Someone who can think creatively while understanding the objective behind the work.
• A data-driven mindset with a strong creative instinct.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple brands and projects while maintaining high creative standards.
• Someone who enjoys mentoring writers, challenging ideas, and contributing to a collaborative creative culture.
• A curious thinker who takes ownership, embraces new tools and technologies, and is always looking for better ways to create impactful work.
