Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, production-grade software using C++ .
• Work on core components, system-level functionality, and performance-critical applications.
• Develop efficient, scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions using modern C++ practices.
• Analyze complex technical problems and implement effective, long-term solutions.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production and software issues.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed, memory usage, and reliability .
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews while promoting engineering best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in C++ development .
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles .
• Strong knowledge of modern C++ concepts and best practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex, production-level software.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand existing codebases and independently deliver enhancements and fixes.
• Experience working in a collaborative software development environment.
• Strong focus on code quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with C# / .NET .
• Familiarity with multi-threading, concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with large-scale or performance-sensitive applications.
• Exposure to software development tools, CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
