Senior Core Systems Administrator

About the Project

We are looking for a Senior Core Systems Administrator to support the administration, configuration, and implementation of a core banking platform.

The role focuses on commercial banking products, including lending, deposits, certificates of deposit (CDs), SBA loans, and leasing products.

You will collaborate with implementation consultants and business leadership to ensure successful system configuration, troubleshoot issues, and support future platform releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Jack Henry core banking system implementation, including configuration, testing, and data migration.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize the platform to support lending, deposits, and other banking operations.
• Manage system updates, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Jack Henry support and internal teams.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and process improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, ensure data integrity, and support compliance and security requirements.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of overall experience, preferably in core banking systems administration or banking application support
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Jack Henry SilverLake administration and configuration
• 1+ year of experience configuring commercial banking products
