The Opportunity

We are seeking a Corporate Services Advisor to join our experienced Perth Corporate Services team.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a highly respected team with deep expertise in company secretarial and governance services. You will support a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries, with a strong focus on ASX-listed entities, helping them navigate complex governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with Boards, Chief Executive Officers, senior executives, regulators, and external stakeholders, ensuring clients remain compliant while supporting best-practice corporate governance.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver company secretarial services to a portfolio of ASX-listed and unlisted clients
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with the ASX Listing Rules, the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), and other regulatory requirements
  • Act as the nominated Company Secretary and primary contact for ASX communications where required
  • Build trusted relationships with Boards, Directors, Chief Executive Officers, and senior executives
  • Prepare and lodge ASIC documentation and manage regulatory correspondence
  • Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and capital registers, including Employee Share Plans
  • Coordinate and facilitate Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including preparing agendas, Board papers, notices of meeting, minutes, and meeting documentation
  • Support annual corporate governance reporting, including Appendix 4G, Corporate Governance Statements, Board Performance Reviews, and governance policies
  • Liaise with share registries, insurance brokers, and other external stakeholders
  • Assist with IPOs, capital raisings, and other corporate transactions through project coordination and governance support
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and deliver exceptional client service across all engagements

What We Are Looking For

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years' experience within company secretarial, governance, corporate services, legal, or compliance environments
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the Corporations Act
  • Experience managing corporate records, ASIC lodgements, Board administration, and governance documentation
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to prepare professional Board papers, minutes, and governance documents
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging senior executives and Boards
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused approach

Highly regarded:

  • Experience providing company secretarial or governance services to ASX-listed entities
  • Knowledge of the ASX Listing Rules and listed company compliance obligations
  • Exposure to IPOs, capital raisings, or other corporate transactions
