Senior Corporate Billing Executive

Introduction: The Senior Corporate Billing Executive is responsible for managing corporate billing operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payment follow-ups, account reconciliation, and maintaining proper financial records.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process corporate invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing details, rates, purchase orders, and agreements.
• Coordinate with corporate clients regarding billing queries.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
• Reconcile client accounts and payment records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and invoice disputes.
• Maintain accurate billing records and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams.
• Monitor outstanding balances and support credit control.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company policies.

Required Skills:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in corporate billing.
• Practical knowledge of ESIC and WBHS portals.
• Good understanding of medical billing, claims processing, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
