About The Role The Senior Corporate Solutions Manager is responsible for driving the growth of Cash Management Services (CMS) across assigned corporate and banking partner segments. The role focuses on business development, client acquisition, deal structuring, portfolio management, and relationship building to increase deposits, transaction volumes, and fee-based income. Working closely with Relationship Managers, Product, Onboarding, and Operations teams, the role ensures profitable deal execution and exceptional client service.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop cash management opportunities through strong partnerships with Relationship Managers and business units.
• Lead end-to-end CMS sales activities, including client presentations, solution design, pricing, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of cash management opportunities to achieve revenue, volume, and portfolio growth targets.
• Coordinate implementation, onboarding, and post-sales support to ensure smooth delivery of cash management solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, service issues, and client satisfaction while managing a portfolio of at least PHP 300 million .

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Cash Management Services (CMS), Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury Sales, or Relationship Management.
• Proven track record in business development, sales generation, client acquisition, and portfolio management.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and drive results in a target-driven environment.
