Senior Cost Control Engineer

The core responsibility of the SR Cost Control Engineer is collecting project cost data, assessing and analyzing project cost and performance, use Earned Value Management(EVM) method for cost management, and monitoring project cost and performance forecasting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collecting and consolidating project cost data.

• Assessment and analysis of project cost and performance.

• Comparison of planned progress against actual progress and incurred costs.

• The identification and analysis of cost variances and their underlying reasons.

• Monitoring project profitability and anticipated financial outcomes.

• Preparation and presentation of the final results in accordance with the Project Monthly Cost Report (MCR) format.

Job Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Experience with the Earned Value Management (EVM) method is preferred.

Familiar with Project Cost Control and Management procedures, More than 8 years of engineering work experience, with over 5 years of cost-related work experience.

Good knowledge of Civil works or steel structure work.

Able to communicate in English.

Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
