- Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects during conceptual
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs/BOMs, scope of work, and technical documents to determine project requirements.
- Develop quantity take-offs for materials, equipment, labor, construction, installation, and other project costs.
- Prepare material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and indirect cost estimates.
- Review changes in design, scope, quantities, and specifications and assess their cost impact.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
