Senior Coupa Admin

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Administrator to serve as the technical owner and control steward of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform.

The ideal candidate will own Coupa configuration, governance, controls, platform integrity, integrations, releases, and operational support, while partnering closely with Finance Technology, Supply Chain Technology, SAP Functional Leads, and Integration/Data teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Own Coupa platform configuration, administration, and technical governance

• Configure approval workflows, delegation logic, spend controls, supplier structures, and onboarding

• Ensure scalable, auditable, and enterprise-aligned configurations

• Manage SOX controls, audit readiness, Segregation of Duties (SoD), roles, and access governance

• Partner with Finance and Supply Chain Technology Managers on business process requirements

• Coordinate Coupa integrations with SAP, vendor master, POs, invoices, and payments

• Support incident triage, root-cause analysis, vendor/AMS coordination, and platform operations

• Manage Coupa backlog, KPIs, adoption, cycle times, and exception trends

• Own Coupa monthly releases, impact assessments, regression testing, and Go/No-Go decisions

• Coordinate release readiness around SAP upgrades, integrations, and enterprise change initiatives

• Drive continuous improvement through workflow automation, touchless processing, and Coupa roadmap capabilities

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay, Procurement Systems, or Finance Technology

• Hands-on Coupa administration and/or implementation experience

• Strong P2P / Procure-to-Pay process knowledge

• Expertise in approval workflows, controls, and supplier lifecycle management

• Experience partnering with Finance and Procurement stakeholders

• Experience working with ERP systems – SAP preferred

• Experience in SOX-controlled environments

• Experience in a product-aligned / triad operating model

• Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, and Payments modules

• Data governance experience

• Experience balancing implementation/project work with run/support operations

• Strong release management and testing experience
