Our client is a global experience agency with more than two decades of making brands human. Their work lives in culture, in communities and in person, and they create the moments people step into, share and remember long after the lights go down. They work with some of the world’s biggest sporting bodies, entertainment brands, global organisations and governments, from studios across Europe, the US and the Middle East.

They’re looking for a Senior Creative to join the Dublin team.

The role

You’re the person who cracks the brief. You take the most ambitious, highest value briefs, find the idea that unlocks them and then shape how that idea feels to every person in the room. You’ll lead the big creative thinking that anchors a pitch, then carry it all the way into the experience itself: the space, the sound, the light, the emotional beats that turn a concept into something people genuinely feel.

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years’ experience, including at least 2 years in a lead creative role, within an experiential agency or live experience and events environment. This is essential.
• A portfolio full of diverse global brand experiences, the kind that make people stop and look twice.
• At least two projects where your creative vision was the heart of the core concept, and the story of how you got there.
• A proven track record of originating the creative on high-value pitches and RFPs with budgets of €500k+.
• A clear understanding of how experiences are measured, and how great creative delivers real return.
• The range to move from big idea to experience design, spatial thinking and the sensory detail that makes it land.
