Senior Creative Content Creator

Role Purpose

Be the on-camera face and content engine for ZUS Coffee's organic social presence. Spot viral trends in the Thai social landscape early, adapt them to ZUS in a way that feels native (not forced), and turn that into a consistent content pipeline — end-to-end, from planning to final edit — that builds brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively monitor TikTok/IG/social trends in Thailand daily; judge which trends fit ZUS's brand voice and which don't, and move fast enough to ride them while they're still hot
• Build and maintain the social content calendar/timeline (weekly/monthly), balancing trend-reactive content with planned brand/campaign content
• Appear as the recurring face of ZUS on social (reels, TikTok, livestreams) — effectively acting as an in-house KOL the audience recognizes and follows
• Shoot and edit short-form video (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) solo or with a small crew, from concept to final cut
• Reply and engage in comments and community in real time during and after posting to keep momentum on trending content; identify what's driving engagement and double down
• Decide content mix and platform/format allocation (TikTok vs. Reels vs. livestream) based on what's performing
• Keep all trend-jacked content within ZUS's brand tone and coordinate with Brand Manager so trend speed doesn't override brand consistency

Requirements

• 3+ years in content creation, social media management, or as a talent/creator, ideally in F&B, retail, or lifestyle (Portfolio is required)
• Demonstrated instinct for Thai social trends — can point to trends called early and content that outperformed because of it
• Confident, natural on-camera presence — genuinely engaging to watch
• Solid video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and basic shooting skills (phone-first content is fine)
• Comfortable owning both the creative and the camera — this is not a pure editor role or a pure on-camera talent role, it's both
• Candidates to be fully fluent in Thai; understands Thai internet culture and meme/humor references fluently
