Senior Creative (FMCG / Skincare)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop end-to-end creative campaigns for TANSKIN products across offline, online, e-commerce, and advertising channels.

2. Lead, mentor, and supervise the creative team (Graphic Designers and Photographers) to ensure all visual outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

3. Direct the visual strategy for product design, promotional materials, and commercial photoshoots/videoshoots.

4. Manage and set up production sessions, including creative direction for product photoshoot and campaign content creation.

5. Review, critique, and approve creative work, maintaining high quality and consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Creative Multimedia, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a creative leadership role (Creative Lead, Art Director, or Creative Head), preferably in FMCG, Beauty, or Skincare industries.

3. Strong conceptual, strategic, and leadership skills (hands-on execution/designing is not required, but a strong aesthetic eye and visual direction are mandatory).

4. Proven track record of successfully leading a team of Graphic Designers and Photographers.

5. Proficient in leveraging modern AI productivity and creative tools (Claude AI, Higgsfield) for moodboarding, ideation, and workflow optimization.

6. Hands-on familiarity with video editing trends and tools like CapCut to direct short-form video content effectively.

7. Excellent communication, brief-writing, and project management skills.
