Senior Creative Lead

About the role

HerSonders is a Bangkok-based women's fashion brand making elevated everyday knitwear, focused on plant-based and natural fibers. You will run marketing and creative day to day: lead our in-house creative team, plan photoshoots and product launches, and keep every campaign on time with the production schedule. You work closely with the Creative Director (co-founder), who sets the brand vision, and report to the Managing Director on plans, budgets and results. Your job is to turn brand direction into a calendar that ships, so the founders can focus on product development and new lines.

Key responsibilities

• Turn the brand direction into seasonal creative concepts, moodboards and briefs.
• Plan and run photoshoots and video shoots end to end: concept, shot list, casting, styling, locations, crew, budget and on-set direction.
• Review, improve and approve all creative visuals before they go out: social posts, ads, website banners, email and pop-up materials.
• Manage the production and posting schedule so every piece is briefed, made, approved and published on time.
• Keep the look and voice consistent across every channel.
• Lead the senior brand designer, social media associate and brand & events executive: set priorities, review work and give regular feedback.
• Brief and manage freelancers such as photographers, videographers, stylists, models and makeup artists.
• Run a weekly creative meeting and keep work moving on monday.com boards.
• Own the marketing calendar for product drops, new lines, pop-ups and seasonal campaigns.
• Work with the founders and production on sample, stock and delivery dates so that shoots, content and launches line up with when product is ready.
• Plan launch campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, the website, email and paid ads.
• Plan the creative and brand side of pop-ups and events, including visual merchandising and partner collaborations.
• Coordinate influencer, KOL and seeding activity around launches.
• Track content and campaign results and use them to improve the next round of creative.
• Manage shoot and creative budgets and keep spending within plan.

About you

• 4 -8 years in creative, brand or marketing roles, ideally at a fashion, accessory or lifestyle brand.
• At least 1 year leading a designer, content creator or small creative team, or directing freelancers.
• A portfolio showing shoots and campaigns you planned and directed yourself.
• Experience running a product launch or content calendar tied to production or stock dates.
• Passionate about fashion and art, with a strong eye for fashion imagery, styling and social-first content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Fluent Thai and fluent English, spoken and written.
• Organized and reliable with deadlines, budgets and many moving parts at once.
• Experience with pop-ups, events or retail visual merchandising.
• Network of Bangkok photographers, stylists, models and production crew.
• Working knowledge of Adobe tools for video editing, and Meta ads.
