Senior Creator Relations Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing/hunting strategy for new creators.
• Oversee the negotiation and contract finalization process.
• Set acquisition targets for team members.
• Design coaching programs.
• Lead ongoing training.
• Evaluate skill/performance progress regularly.
• Oversee communication and engagement strategy.
• Monitor creator satisfaction and design retention initiatives.
• Lead revenue growth strategy.
• Drive brand-creator matchmaking strategy and ensure partnership fit and collaboration value.
• Work in close alignment with the Commercial team.
• Set targets, monitor achievements, coach, and review.
• Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1), any major — Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Creator Management, with strong experience in the MCN industry.
• Experience leading a team in a supervisory capacity.
• Deep understanding of the creator/KOL ecosystem and social commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Result-oriented and comfortable working with data-driven targets.
