• Handle collections: Manage overdue accounts with tact, ensuring client relationships remain strong.
• Calculate balances: Accurately determine outstanding balances and penalties based on agreed terms.
• Document management: Keep meticulous records of all client interactions and collection efforts.
• Legal liaising: Work with legal teams on complex collection and recovery issues.
• Assist management: Provide regular updates on account status and next steps to the management team.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience: We welcome candidates with 2-5 years of experience in credit control or related areas.
