该职位来源于猎聘 Take overall crew management responsibilities for in-charged vessels. 全面负责所辖船舶的船员管理工作。 Monitor in-charged vessels crewing related cost and budget control, auditing expenses and handling Invoices. 监控所辖船舶的船员相关成本及预算控制，审核费用并处理发票。 Monitor crews on board contract duration and make regular crew change plannar. 跟踪船员在船合同期限，制定定期的换班计划。 Liaise closely and coordinate suitable candidates with manning agents after crew change planner confirmed. 在换班计划确认后，与船员代理密切联系并协调合适的候选人。 Check candidates competence/qualifications at initial screening stage, ensure candidates meet company SMS required before propose to next level approval.

在初步筛选阶段，要对候选人进行能力/资质审查，确保其符合公司SMS要求后再提交下一步审批。 Prepare the crew change proposal and line-up suitable candidates for interview with relevant department superintendent. 准备船员更换方案，并安排合适的候选人与相关部门的总管进行面试。 Prepare the crew change expenses and apply to the approver for finalize crew change plan. 准备换班费用预算并提交审批，以最终确定换班计划。 Conduct online/offline briefing for the approved Top4 before embarkation, arrange necessary additional training per SMS and as required. 在登船前为已批准的Top4职位进行线上/线下简报，并根据SMS要求安排必要的额外培训。 Cooperate with crew embarkation/disembarkation arrangements, closely monitor the crew change process. 协助船员登船/离船安排，密切跟进换班过程。 Follow up crew injury/illness cases and other crew related incidents/accidents with relevant department. 跟进船员伤病案件及其他船员相关事故，与相关部门保持沟通。 Maintain crewing related Documents/Certificates/Licences in valid and sufficiency on system. 在系统中维护船员相关文件、证书和执照的有效性和完整性。 Finish other tasks assigned by Crew Manager or higher level. 完成船员部经理或更高层级分配的其他任务。 Other Requirements其他要求： Effective Communication: Clear and concise in conveying information, effectively promote work progress. 有效沟通：能够清晰、简洁地传达信息，有效推动工作进展。 Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing conditions and remain calm under pressure, complete the tasks within deadline. 适应能力：能快速适应变化，在压力下保持冷静，并在截止日期前完成任务。 Problem solving: Able to promptly identify the issue and quickly seek solutions in case of emergencies. 问题解决：在紧急情况下能够迅速识别问题并快速寻求解决方案。 Preciseness: Pay attention on information accuracy and nicety, avoid low-level error or repetitive mistakes.
