Senior CRM Executive

• Design, execute, and evaluate targeted CRM strategies and lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, App Push, and WhatsApp/Messaging channels
• Develop granular customer segmentation strategies based on RFM models, purchasing behavior, demographic profiles, and engagement data
• Manage and maintain the corporate CRM system
• Operate and optimize Omnichat and social commerce workflows to build automated chat journeys, interactive tags, and broadcast messaging
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, customer retention, churn rates, conversion rates, and ROI
• Translate CRM data into actionable business insights to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
• Drive Online-to-Offline (O2O) integration by collaborating closely with Retail Operations, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing teams

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3–4 years of solid experience in CRM, loyalty program management, or database marketing (Retail/E-commerce background preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Omnichat or similar conversational commerce platforms
• Hands-on experience operating enterprise CRM systems and managing large customer databases
• Strong proficiency in data analysis using Advanced Excel and Power BI
• Strong analytical mind, data sensitivity, and deep understanding of customer journey mapping
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
