Senior Customer Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Customer Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will serve as a trusted technical partner for customers, guiding implementations from kickoff through adoption and long-term operational success. You will work closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to turn technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. The position combines solution design, account planning, and customer advocacy to help drive stronger product usage and satisfaction across the lifecycle.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for customer implementations
• Provide hands-on guidance throughout the customer lifecycle
• Develop strategic account success plans for operationalization
• Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption
• Contribute to the development of customer success processes and resources

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
• 5+ years with cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure tools
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Pipelines)
• Strong knowledge of application security practices and tools
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering preferred
