We are hiring Senior Associates Customer Experience to support our VIP restaurant partners through WhatsApp and digital support channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle VIP customer/partner queries through WhatsApp and digital channels.
• Provide fast, professional and empathetic resolutions.
• Handle technical, product and service-related queries.
• Identify recurring issues and highlight process/product improvement opportunities.
• Manage complaints, escalations and sensitive customer situations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
• Educate customers on product features and self-service options.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and partner relationships.
• Support and mentor new team members when required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, Client Services or Technical Support.
• Experience in WhatsApp, Live Chat or digital support is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations.
• SaaS, Food Tech, Hospitality or Technology support experience is an advantage.
