Salary upto : 5.6 LPA (42k Take Home)

Transport: 2 Way Cab / US Rotational Shift

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions and provide professional, friendly and efficient support .
• Assist customers with queries related to products, orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges and services .
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions based on process guidelines.
• Troubleshoot basic product or service-related issues and guide customers appropriately.
• Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Process and update customer information accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.
• Maintain required quality, productivity and customer satisfaction standards .
• Follow company policies, process guidelines and data-security requirements.
• Deliver a consistently customer-centric experience on every interaction.

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while interacting with customers
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
