About the Company

PT Canai Indonesia International is looking for a Customer Service to join our team in West Jakarta (Soho Capital). You will be the first point of contact for our customers, making sure every inquiry and concern is handled quickly, accurately, and with a friendly approach.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Respond to customer complaints and provide solutions

• Follow up on customer requests and concerns

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues

• Ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Mandarin (spoken and written) is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
