Senior Customer Service (E-Commerce)

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through online channels such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, LINE OA, and other company platforms (seafood and Japanese food products).
• Process customer orders and monitor delivery status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and maintain weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong typing and communication skills with the ability to respond accurately and efficiently.
• Able to work well under pressure with a strong service-minded attitude.
• Experience in Customer Service or E-commerce will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of preparing basic reports.
