SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Senior Customer Service to join our team. You will handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email, process and monitor customer orders from confirmation to delivery, and coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email
• Process and monitor customer orders from confirmation to delivery
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance
• Handle customer complaints and follow up on resolutions
• Monitor delivery status and outstanding orders
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Prepare customer service and order-related reports
• Guide and support junior Customer Service team members
• Assist in improving customer service processes and SOPs

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Customer Service, Management or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Customer Service or related role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably ERP/CRM systems
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Responsible, organised and customer-oriented
