Senior Customer Service Manager

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
This role leads the customer service function for an established Auckland food producer, driving the evolution from order-taking into proactive telesales. Based in Auckland full-time, with ad hoc travel to Christchurch.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and developing a dispersed team across Auckland and Christchurch
• Managing key customer accounts across butcher, supermarket and food service channels
• Driving outbound telesales calls and new business activity
• Managing KPIs, SOPs, and reporting
• Supporting product launches and promotional activities

About You | Māu
You're a capable people leader with strong commercial and financial acumen. You've led a customer service, contact centre, or inside sales team and you're comfortable reading budget vs actuals, margin reporting, and financial data. Multi-site experience is an advantage.
