Senior / Customer Service Officer

The Role

Working hrs: Mon- Fri (Office hrs) & Sat Half day (AM)

• Provides excellent customer service to all customers.
• Ensures telephone courtesy and timeliness in picking up calls.
• Ensures handover of information is complete and timely.
• Performs patient registration, cashiering and appointment.
• Work closely with other staff of the department to ensure total patient care is met.
• To ensure compliance of radiology safety policy
• Other assignments as and when required

Key accountabilities

• Ability to serve patients safely - customer service skills
• Ability to perform total administrative cycle. This includes registration, appointments, billing, cashiering, running and checking of necessary reports.
• Computer literacy.

Qualifications & Experience

• N, O Level or Diploma
• Able to work 5.5days
