About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service professional to join a well-established business within the civil, construction and infrastructure sector.

This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for managing customer enquiries and orders from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring customers receive a high level of service. You’ll work closely with sales, manufacturing and logistics, while also supporting the wider branch team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer enquiries, orders, credits and general administration
• Preparing quotes and supporting the sales team with customer requirements
• Coordinating orders and deliveries with manufacturing and logistics
• Building strong customer relationships and resolving issues through to completion
• Supporting the wider branch and working collaboratively across the team

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, systems-savvy and customer focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

You’ll ideally have previous experience in senior customer service, internal sales or a similar role, along with strong computer and systems skills. Experience within the building, construction, civil or trade industries would be advantageous.

Most importantly, you’ll be a reliable team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Forklift experience or a current licence would be ideal but is not essential.
