Senior Customer Service Representative

Welcome clients warmly as they arrive at Jazz Lounge Spa and handle front-desk inquiries with professional customer service. Manage client bookings, appointments, and schedule adjustments using the spa management software. Answer incoming calls, messages, and emails regarding spa services, packages, pricing, and operating hours. Upsell spa services, memberships, and retail products to clients during inquiries and check-outs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Language Requirement: Fluent in spoken and written Arabic (Required). Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Reception, or Client Relations within a spa, salon, wellness center, or hospitality setting in the UAE. Education: Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with relevant front-desk experience. Working Schedule: Must be comfortable working 9-hour shifts (plus 1-hour break) on a rotating schedule, 6 days a week (1 day off per week). Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Dubai. Key Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, active listening, customer relationship management, and basic computer proficiency.
