We're looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Morrinsville Rural Supplies team. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday with rostered Saturday mornings.

What does the role involve?

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store by:

• Building trusted relationships with customers in-store, over the phone and across the wider rural community
• Providing practical technical advice across a broad range of products
• Identifying customer needs and recommending the right solutions
• Supporting sales growth and customer retention
• Assisting with stock management, merchandising and store presentation
• Working closely with Technical Field Representatives, Account Managers and other PGG Wrightson teams
• Sharing knowledge and supporting the development of other team members
