About the Role

This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Making outbound calls to existing customers
• Scheduling and coordinating bookings efficiently
• Building strong customer relationships and rapport
• Problem-solving and handling customer concerns with confidence
• Working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless communication
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects our company values

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically seeking someone with:

• Proven office experience, including confident use of email, booking systems and general office software

• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, friendly and professional email and SMS responses to customers

• A warm, confident and professional phone manner

• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to connect naturally with people

• Proven ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure

• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• A proactive attitude with the ability to think on your feet

• A positive, energetic personality that contributes to team culture

• Commitment to delivering results and exceeding customer expectations

Experience within the plumbing, electrical, air conditioning or trades/service industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
