Smart Turf is looking for an experienced customer service professional who takes pride in keeping orders moving, customers informed, and problems resolved. Our artificial grass is 100% made in the USA—from raw materials through manufacturing—and we want our service to reflect that same commitment to quality.

Your Role

You’ll work closely with our sales representatives, customers, warehouse, and production team to manage accounts and orders from start to finish.

You will:

• Own the order process: Enter orders, confirm pricing and availability, and follow through to delivery.
• Keep shipments moving: Coordinate freight, track deliveries, and work through shipping issues.
• Be a trusted contact: Answer questions and keep customers and sales reps updated.
• Solve problems: Handle complaints, order discrepancies, and credits with professionalism and good judgment.
• Keep details organized: Maintain accurate account records and communications in HubSpot.

What You Bring

You’re organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling priorities. You communicate clearly, catch details others might miss, and follow through without needing reminders.

We’re looking for:

• At least five years of relevant customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or wholesale.
• Experience processing orders and coordinating freight or deliveries.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A friendly, professional approach—even when a delivery is late or a customer is frustrated.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Turf or flooring experience is a bonus. Experience with HubSpot, AS400, inside sales, or bilingual English/Spanish is also welcome.
