Senior Customer Service (Shared Services)

Work Location : Insignia Tower, USJ1

Job Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers to provide information about products or services.
• Resolving product or service issues by addressing and understanding customers' needs.
• Working with other departments or staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Create invoice and delivery arrangement with forwarder.
• Participate in company activities (5s, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc) as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Degree qualifications or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years related working experience in Manufacturing Industry or Shared Service is preferred.
• Experienced in ERP especially SAP.
• Good communication skills written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Customer Service skills: attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, professional telephone manners and communication skills, business writing skills.
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office software.
• SAP and Office 365 (added advantage).
• Good attitude, enthusiastic, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.
