What you’ll do

• Responsible for providing excellent customer services at a Grade-A office building at Central
• Concierge desk operation such as visitors’ registration and handling customers’ enquirie
• Proactively handling customers’ enquiries and complaints
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above
• Preferably 1 year or above working experience in hospitability or customer services

Personal skills you excel

• Good communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels
• Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
• Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good service attitude
• Immediate available is an advantage
