Senior Customer Success Associate

We're hiring for a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company that empowers organizations to proactively identify and fix exploitable attack vectors. Their innovative platform delivers autonomous penetration tests and assessment operations across diverse environments, adopted by a wide range of clients from educational institutions to Global 100 enterprises.

The Role

• Manage a scaled portfolio of customers, leveraging metrics and health signals to drive engagement.

• Build trusted relationships with customer champions and help them communicate security outcomes.

• Drive customer onboarding and adoption through digital touchpoints and targeted outreach.

• Monitor customer health, identify risks, and execute intervention plans.

• Support renewal and expansion efforts by documenting customer outcomes and usage trends.

• Partner cross-functionally to capture and communicate customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.

What You'll Need

• 1-2+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Comfort using data and customer signals to prioritize work and manage risk.

• Excellent organization and follow-through skills across multiple customers and deadlines.

• A proactive, customer-focused approach and a strong ownership mentality.

• Interest in cybersecurity, security operations, or vulnerability management is preferred.
