Senior Customer Success

• Manage B2B SaaS customers from onboarding and implementation to adoption and renewal.
• Lead kick-off meetings, requirement gathering, system setup, training, and follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and guide them using the product’s standard features.
• Manage customer expectations and propose solutions within the product scope.
• Monitor customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and other CS KPIs.
• Build strong customer relationships and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product, Development, Sales, and Support teams.
• Communicate regularly in English with regional teams and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, Customer Success, or software implementation.
• Strong onboarding and implementation experience.
• Experience in customer adoption, retention, or renewal.
• Strong customer expectation management and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, accountable, and customer-focused mindset.
• Good English communication skills.
• Accounting/finance knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
